Easy and quick to make. Savoury and tangy flavour and a hint of blue cheese.


  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Green Onion Finely Chopped
  • ½ tsp. Minced Garlic
  • Dash or Two of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Directions & Cook’s Notes/Tips

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.  Refrigerate for a couple of hours before using.  You can keep it in the fridge for up to four days.
  • Miracle Whip is NOT mayonnaise, so DO NOT use it … unless you have an insatiable craving for High Fructose Corn Syrup, Modified Cornstarch, Artificial Flavours, and of course, everyone’s favourite Potassium Sorbate! 😏
