Pizza Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Pureed Tomatoes (passata or whole canned tomatoes crushed by hand)
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dried Basil
  • ½  tsp. Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Pizza Sauce Directions

Add tomatoes to a large bowl, then the balance of the ingredients. Use an immersion hand blender to combine well.
